1What is active today

This page covers privacy choices for both the Arcade Tycoon: World Tour website and the mobile game, together with support provided by HANA GAMES. Read it alongside the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which also cover both services.

This website contains no advertising or audience-tracking service. Real rewarded ads and advertising partner flows in the game are currently inactive. You do not need to accept optional tracking to read the website or retain game progress.

The browser-choice button below records a refusal on this browser only. It sends no request and does not change a server player account or another device. A Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a refusal here, even if you have not pressed the button. This page does not claim that an advertising identifier setting stops every form of partner processing.

2Refusing or withdrawing optional processing

Before any optional game advertising or non-essential measurement is enabled, the game must provide the relevant partner information and a choice for each purpose. Where consent is required, refusal must be available before collection and withdrawal as easy as acceptance. An operating-system permission alone does not authorise every purpose.

In the current development build, no live partner flow needs to be turned off. If you previously used another build with optional processing, contact HANA GAMES with your player identifier and ask to withdraw consent, object to direct marketing or opt out of sale/sharing where applicable. A request is handled for the identified account; this static website cannot authenticate you or apply an account setting.

AWS and OVH are the confirmed hosting providers, with hosted data located in the EU. They deliver the website and game services; their necessary hosting role is distinct from optional advertising or cross-service measurement. No advertising partner is activated by these hosting arrangements. Read the recipient information for the controller and hosting roles.

3Additional device controls

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking, and disable tracking for the game or Allow Apps to Request to Track. This controls cross-company tracking permission; it is not an account-deletion request.

On Android, use the device's Google/privacy advertising settings to delete the advertising ID and review Ads privacy controls such as topics, app-suggested ads and ad measurement where available. Names vary by device and Android version. These controls supplement a game's consent choices; deleting an identifier does not necessarily prevent contextual ads or necessary security processing.

You can separately disable game notifications in the device's app-notification settings. Uninstalling the game, disabling notifications or deleting a browser preference does not itself erase server records.

4What refusal changes

Refusal concerns the optional processing you select. It does not erase a room, remove a purchased entitlement or make core gameplay conditional on personalised ads. An optional reward requires the stated verified viewing conditions; no bonus is promised for an advertisement that was not available or completed.

Necessary account operations, fraud prevention, transaction verification and statutory records may continue on their own lawful bases. To request erasure or access, make that request separately. Withdrawal applies to future consent-based processing; it does not make prior lawful processing unlawful.

5Send a privacy request

For withdrawal, sale/sharing opt-out, access or correction, the form below prepares a message in your email app. Review and send it yourself; opening the app is not submission or confirmation that HANA GAMES received it. No request file is downloaded and the website does not persist form contents. You may also write to HANA GAMES, Privacy, 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. Game-account and associated-data deletion use the separate in-game account guide and data guide, not this email form. Mandatory statutory rights remain applicable.

Never provide a password, session token, full payment-card number or unnecessary identity document. We may need proportionate verification for account-specific requests. We normally respond within one month under the GDPR, with the legally permitted extension explained when applicable. California residents may use an authorised agent and, where applicable, a recognised opt-out preference signal. You may complain to the CNIL or your competent authority.

6Choose the control that matches your request

A privacy preference, consent withdrawal and game-account erasure have different effects. This static website cannot apply a game-account setting. The browser control records a local refusal. The privacy form opens your email app with a prepared message for other applicable rights; you must send it yourself. Neither operation submits a game-account deletion request, and no downloadable draft is generated.

Global Privacy Control is recognised for this website. An authorised agent or guardian can use the contact route where permitted by applicable law. The regional rights section explains additional frameworks; mandatory local rights and complaint routes remain available.
